Born from a Family Road Trip Gone Wrong
It started with a disastrous family vacation in 2008. Our founder, Maria Santos, spent weeks planning a cross-country trip only to arrive at a sold-out hotel, miss a connecting flight, and spend two days in a city she never intended to visit. Her kids cried. Her husband said nothing. She vowed to fix family travel.
